Logo

Aria has been on the cutting edge of home and fashion for over two decades, based in London's Islington neighbourhood. Aria stocks an eclectic range of contemporary home furnishings & lifestyle accessories as well as hand-selected vintage pieces and special collaborations with local independent designers.

Now, after closing time, our beautiful 150 year old hall will live a double life. The perception of a retail space will be challenged as guests are invited to experience it as a restaurant, as a music venue and as their lounge. The ‘After Hours’ concept reflects a change in how retail spaces are perceived and how they can be re-purposed, now and in the future.

Aria supper event

Rating: 6

joannehart attended After Hours Supper Club at Barnsbury Hall in October 2013, reviewed on 11 October 2013

It was great fun to sit in the middle of Aria's beautiful shop but the portions seemed rather mean considering the price. We would have preferred more sushi and sashimi and our fellow diners seemed to feel the same. It may have been better to have charged less and not had wine glasses as a going-home present. From a personal perspective too, I would have really appreciated a choice of white wine, though the red was excellent.
