Cooking with my son

jane presswelll attended Curry in a Hurry half day Indian cookery class in March 2019, reviewed on 15 March 2019

The Cookery class we had today was amazing Ren taught us so much about the different spices and also the difference in the ones we all buy in the supermarket jar, today we learnt they have no flavour so in the bin they go

We made Lamb kababs, Goan fish curry, Ren's fantastic chicken curry,Magic paste & Chapattis

All of them bought home and looking forward to enjoying tonight with the family
Which I am sure they are going to love as much as we did when we had a taste whilst cooking it

The half day course is well worth it if you want to learn how to cook a proper tasty curry from scratch

It's made me look and the way I cook curry from now on and can't wait to experiment on more dishes

Thank you Ren for a great morning and I promise no peas 😂

Also a thank you for my daughter for the Christmas gift to me and her brother
