Squid Kitchen is a concept based on Spanish snacking food, inspired by market eating in Madrid.
We have developed our menu around squid, a popular ingredient in many traditional Spanish recipes. We are passionate about sustainability and want to support it through our street food concept. Where possible we source our squid from local suppliers.
For those of you not tempted by our squid, we offer a wider tapas menu featuring Spanish market produce at our pop-up events. We were recently listed in the Evening Standard’s ‘Top 5 Kitchen Takeovers’ for our 5-week residency at The King & Co, September 2015.
