Get inspired by Martin Morales, whose passion for his home cuisine pushed him to become the ultimate career changer. Martin left his previous life working with Steve Jobs at Apple and Disney among others, to fulfil his dream of bringing Peruvian flavours to an unsuspecting British palate. It started with a simple tweet in 2010: 'does anyone care bout Peruvian food'. Rapidly building a cult following through pop ups and supper clubs, Ceviche the restaurant opened its doors in 2012 to packed crowds and critical acclaim ('a gastronomic dream', The Wall Street Journal), following up with a sell out pop up tour this summer.
