Learn how to make your own delicious handmade pasta from an Italian chef at our Pasta Workshop. Our team of experienced chefs will run through all the techniques you need to get you rolling and shaping your very own pasta parcels like a pro! Once you’ve tried fresh pasta, you’ll never go back!
This class will be taught by our very-own Italian chef Stefano! Stefano will kick the class off with a demonstration, giving you all the tips and tricks you need to successfully make the perfect bowl of pasta! You will be shown the process of making pasta dough, creating your filling, rolling out the pasta and lastly but most importantly nailing how to make ravioli.
You will then move over to your Islands to create your own Ravioli with the help of the Chefs to answer any questions you might have. When you have finished making your pasta, you will then get to enjoy your creations together around the dining table.
This event is bring your own booze (BYOB. In fact this is recommended as, lets face it, we all love a glass of something while cooking and eating!)
