We are delighted to welcome Elisavet Sotiriadou to Leiths for our second Greek Cookery class. Eli has been running Greek cookery classes for several years and more recently a Greek Supper Club.
Greek cuisine appeals equally to meat eaters and non-meat eaters alike. In this hands-on class Elisavet will teach you to recreate authentic Greek fare, as you cook a selction of small dishes, perfect for informal entertaining, and including an authentic lagana (flat bread).
After a morning of cooking, sit down to a delicious lunch of your own making with a well earned glass of Retsina.
