Very new cuisine in the Supper Club scene.

These dishes come from an area of 1,192 little islands and atolls in the Indian ocean about 500 miles South West of Sri Lanka. It goes with out saying that seafood is the staple food for the islanders. I am told that fish in these islands are regarded as a vegetarian food.

Come and enjoy a three course dinner based on seafood, an experience not to be missed.

Starters:  Mas huni (Tuna with grated coconut…) and Roshi (Rotti Maalai)

Mains:     Dohn Riha (Tuna fish curry)

Boava (Squid) Dish with cabbage and capsicum

Aluvi hiki riha (Potato with dried anchovy)

Mugu riha (Dall with Maldive fish)

Dessert: Sevunaru Kiru ( Sweet vermicelli with mango)
