Join Ruby & Pickles as they kick off 2017 in style with The Alternative Burns Supper, presented in collaboration with Oatly.
Fusing dishes and ingredients from Burns Night – the annual, enjoyably raucous Scottish celebration – with flavours from across the Indian subcontinent, the menu will give your tastebuds the kickstart to the year they've been waiting for.
The three course vegetarian menu is being kept under wraps just now, but each will incorporate a different product from Oatly and will include homemade vegan haggis with an Indian twist, a unique take on Cranachan (a traditional oat, cream and fruit dessert) and in true Burns style, a healthy dose of whisky, both in the dishes and in the welcome cocktail!
Of course no Burns Supper would be complete without entertainment, and we'll be taking our own little twist on the normal offerings. Special guest acts for the night will be announced in the New Year alongside the full menu.
As all our previous events have sold out, we recommend you buy sooner rather than later! Tickets cost £35 for three courses and a welcome cocktail. These would make a perfect Christmas present for any food fans!
This event is vegan. Other dietary requirements may be able to be catered for with adequate notice. Please note that oats or oat-based products will be used in each course.
