Nibbles on arrival: Indian nachos - mini poppadoms and tortillas served with a homemade chutney and spicy salsa
Main course tapas:
- Baked tandoori cassava coated in spices, mint and yoghurt
- Ruby and Pickles’ ‘Dhokla’ special - traditional Indian steamed savoury cakes served with a green chutney and tempered spices
- Cauliflower buffalo wings in a spiced batter
- Courgette and chickpea carpaccio with a cashew and lemon dressing
All served with homemade pickle and chutney of the month
Dessert: chocolate and chilli truffles and masala coffee
All food is vegetarian or vegan and made with love and spice. We may be able to cater for other dietary requirements with at least 7 days notice
