The Introduction to Bread Baking 1 class, turned out to be really popular, so we added a second one.
If you have always wondered about the secrets to delicious home baked bread, but never had the courage to try making it at home, then this is the class for you. During this class I will take you through all the steps of bread baking, what to look out for when you knead and prove your dough and simple tips and tricks so every bread you bake will be a success. Everybody can learn how to bake bread – all you need is a little passion.
We will make 2 doughs – 1 yeasted dough for a granary loaf and some seeded buns. As well as some no-knead rye buns.
This is a 3 hour class. Tea and coffee will be served together with a home baked treat. A great class for a novice baker who is ready to get flour on their hands. You will take home all the goodies you baked in the class.
