The best start to my day is no doubt a warm croissant and a cafe latte – preferably in a cute Parisian cafe. Making your own croissants at home can seem daunting, but once you succeed there is no turning back to the things you can buy at the bakery.
I’m therefore thrilled that we are now offering a class at the Lab that will teach you how to make croissants at home.
This class is taught by professional pastry chef – Pino Ficara – directly imported from Paris, where he teaches daily classes on the art of French pastries.
This is a 3.5 hour class. Tea and coffee will be served together with a home baked treat. A great class for anyone who wants to master croissants. You will take home all the goodies you baked in the class.
