We love to play with unusual ingredients and pairings so expect a memorable meal. Plus a welcome cocktail, canape and some other little surprise morsels along the way. And its BYO…boom!
Summer is just around the corner and that means loads of beautiful fresh ingredients to play with and we'll be packing them in to a delicious three courses and a canapé. So come along for supper and we'll treat you to:
Confit salmon and sea trout with watercress mousse
Pork cheek (or slow roast celeriac steaks) with carrot, crispy new potatoes and lettuce sauce
And a pimped up Lancashire lemon tart
All our food is gluten free and if you have any allergies or intolerances, or require a vegetarian menu then just let us know and we’ll make sure you have something delicious to eat.
