Sausage Making (full day course)
Learn about the ingredients that go into making the perfect sausage. Make your own sausage meat and discover how to create different tasty sausages from around the world. You will be taught how to make the fillings, seasoned to perfection, to fill and form different types of sausages that have a high proportion of meat and absolutely no preservatives.
You will learn to make the following recipes:
- Free range turkey sausages
- Saddleback Cumberland pork sausages
- Spicy chilli and cumin sausages
- Italian style beef sausages
- How to bake the sausages perfectly and how to make a Toad in the Hole
All full day courses begin with an introduction by our professional chef tutors who have between them decades of experience within the industry, as well as a complimentary light breakfast of freshly baked pastries, tea and coffee.
Halfway through the day you are invited to sit down for a welcome break and enjoy a complimentary lunch with refreshments while you chat with your fellow classmates.
Tickets are priced at £125 and include a complimentary light breakfast and lunch.
