Christmas Chocolates with Paul Wayne Gregory
Learn how to make your very own chocolate delights, packaged and ready to give as gifts in plenty of time for Christmas.
The course will include:
- The art of tempering chocolate
- Which chocolate quality to choose and why
- How to make a selection of chocolate treats to take home
- Making and gift wrapping a selection of handmade chocolates and truffles
All full day courses begin with an introduction by our professional chef tutors who have between them decades of experience within the industry, as well as a complimentary light breakfast of freshly baked pastries, tea and coffee.
Halfway through the day you are invited to sit down for a welcome break and enjoy a complimentary lunch with refreshments while you chat with your fellow classmates.
By the end of the day you will have a lovely selection of handmade chocolate gifts with which to treat your friends and loved ones.
Tickets are priced at £65 and and your own selection of handmade chocolates to take home.
