A fashionable and gluten-free alternative to your standard cake, Macaron Towers have become an increasingly popular choice for weddings and birthday parties. Our Macaron Tower Masterclass teaches students all of the steps to make their own Macaron Tower.
Suitable for complete beginners, this two-day intensive course takes students through the following steps:
1. Kneading smooth sugar paste
2. Colouring sugar paste
3. Sculpting sugar paste roses
4. Baking traditional French macarons (in one flavour)
5. Assembling a Bespoke Macaron Tower
The course takes place over two consecutive days with approximately five hours of instruction per day, by one of our head chefs. Lunch will be provided for students on each day.
Throughout the duration of the course, students will construct their own small Macaron Tower, holding approximately 40 macarons and 40 sugar paste roses.
