This is the first event of a series of four that will take place every Wednesday of October. The menu will change every week, to reflect different nuances of the Levantine cuisine.

Menu 19th October:
Labneh with pickled grapes, tarragon and sumac
Lentil Fattah: green lentil salad with herbs and spices, crispy pitta, yogurt sauce, marinated radish
Kufta bil tahini: spiced beef meatballs in a rich and delicate tahini sauce, smashed burnt potatoes with garlic and smoked paprika.
Coconut and date rice pudding, cashew biscuit.
