I created Food At Heart for people like me: people who enjoy experimenting while cooking and discovering new flavours that make them feel good. I've been an enthusiastic cook since I was a small child and want to share this joy of cooking with as many people as possible.
I love how I feel when I make meals that help me bound out of bed in the morning (rather than feeling sluggish and slumped in the afternoon). This is just what I help other people explore in my events.
Food At Heart events blend the reflective and fun. They offer the chance to take some time out and truly focus on food and flavour.
What can you expect at a Food At Heart event? You'll pause and listen to your body as you explore flavours, textures and tastes through a range of tasting activities. You'll also get hands-on creating dishes and exploring fantastic flavour combinations.
The aim of my sessions is to help you make delicious food that tastes and makes you feel good.
