Hello, I’m Rhiannon and I’ve been baking for as long as I can remember.
At the end of 2012, I decided to turn passion into business and open a microbakery from my home in Epsom. Following re-training, I began selling breads made using traditional methods at The Epsom Farmers Market. I loved getting to know my customers who stopped by for a chat each month.
Now, through The Epsom Bakehouse, I enjoy passing on my skills and knowledge through my range of informal, hands-on breadmaking courses. I love seeing students’ success and the ‘wow’ moment as fresh baked loaves appear from the oven – both are a great part of each class for me. Students have left me some wonderful reviews of their experiences too.
