Join me for a hands-on day where you'll get an introduction to all things sourdough. You'll learn about making, using and storing a starter and how to fit sourdough baking around a busy life. Then we'll fire up the oven and mix, knead and bake a range of sourdough breads. There will be plenty of time to chat and ask questions. You'll leave with detailed notes so that you can get baking at home, as well as plenty of bread baked during the day. Class numbers are limited to allow maximum individual attention. A light lunch is included on the day.
