During this class you'll learn about the flavour enhancing abilities of miso, the exceptional quality of panko bread crumbs, as well as how to create a beautiful Japanese feast with nary a California roll in sight.

During this class you'll experience 2.5 hours of hands on cooking, with the last half hour reserved for enjoying your creations, alongside a well-deserved glass of wine
This class usually has between 6 - 8 students, with 1 Head Chef and 1 Assistant Chef.
