CELEBRATING THE RELEASE OF HIS NEW BOOK, CHEF JEREMY PANG IS HOSTING THIS UNIQUE SERIES OF CLASSES, TEACHING RECIPES FEATURED IN CHINESE UNCHOPPED. CHINESE UNCHOPPED AIMS TO DEMYSTIFY CHINESE COOKING, BRINGING SIMPLE AND DELICIOUS FLAVOURS TO EVERYONE'S TABLE.
This unique class will only be offered for a short time at School of Wok, following the release of Jeremy Pang's new book; Chinese Unchopped (Quadrille 2015). Featuring the opportunity to learn from Jeremy himself, as well as engaging with classic Chinese techniques and flavours highlighted in some of the book's featured recipes, this class is not-to-be-missed! Jeremy offers guests his unique knowledge and experience, in a relaxed atmosphere, with a focus on individualised attention and tuition.
One copy of Chinese Unchopped is included in the cost of each place.

During this class you'll experience 21/2 hours of hands on cooking, with the last half hour reserved for enjoying your creations, alongside a well-deserved glass of wine
