Join us on a journey through the art of Dim Sum. 5 Days of non stop dumplings, pastries, rolling, folding and wrapping. Learn the ins and outs with our specialist chefs. This course is for those really interested in the art of Dim Sum. 6 hours per day for 5 days running.


Day 1

Siu Mai
Crispy Prawn Wontons (Folding)
Steamed Turnip Cake (Demo)
Tofu Rolls (Braised or Fried)
Steamed Black Bean Spare Ribs


Day 2

Chickens Feet Demo
Glutinous Lotus Leaf Rice
Har Gau
Vietnamese Spring Rolls
Fried Turnip Cake


Day 3

Char Siu Puffs (Homemade Puff Pastry)
Char Siu Bao Pastry
Egg Tarts
Spiced Squid Cakes with Chilli & Garlic Dipping Sauce
Crab & Pork Meatballs


Day 4

Crispy Squid with Sweet and Sour Sauce on the Side
Making Char Siu Bao
Egg Custard Buns
Siu long bao jelly / Stock
Siu Long Bao Pastry Practice


Day 5

Prawn Cheong Fun & Sesame Cheong Fun
Making Siu Long Bao (soup Dumplings)
General Practice - anything we want to revise and go back on
