A six-course journey through the minds of the School of Wok chefs. Enough of the Sichuan chicken and egg fried rice – tonight, we’re letting our chefs loose on your menu to show you what THEY love to cook and eat… For one night only, Jeremy, Nev and Stefan will be cooking up an exclusive banquet to whet your appetite through Chinese New Year.

 

If you’ve been to any of our classes, you’ll know that you’re in for a treat – and if you haven’t why not treat yourself to something different for the evening?

 

The bar will be open all night with our great wine pairings from A Grape Night In. So book yourselves in soon and be spoiled by our mouthwatering Chinese New Year supperclub.

Homestyle Ikan Bilis (Deep fried white bait with crunchy peanuts)

Spiced Coconut Rice

Lemongrass Squid Cake with an apricot & panko crust

Homemade Sambal Sauce

Pandan Creme Brulee with an almond biscuit - and 'something fun' on the side...

 

Please note: Dietary requirements must be entered on booking. The chefs are amazing, but aren’t magicians…
