Understanding the Wok (3hr)
Understanding the 'height of your fire' is key to wok cooking and something that many people do not know when using a wok. Get to grips with your wok in this 3 hour cookery class.
During this class you'll learn all about wok hei- the height of fire, and how to control your heat. Once you've got good wok hei skills, you're on the right path to stir-fry success. This class includes some of the school's most popular and successful teaching techniques; including the use of the "wok clock", the "tummy and head" stir-frying method, and TV chef Jeremy Pang's classic pep talk "never lose your sizzle".
