Lemon & Balsamic Reduction


Garlic and Ginger King Prawns on Kataifi Nests with Smoked Aubergine,

Mint Pistou & Toasted Almonds


Thrice cooked Duck Leg braised in Chinese xoasing rice wine, Cinnamon, Orange peel and Szechuan Peppercorn, served with wet Polenta, Peppered Pears & Plum Citrus Chutney


Deconstructed ‘Snickers’:

Chocolate Marquise, Salted Caramel, Caramel Icecream, Peanut Brittle, Chocolate Brownie Crumbs + Vanilla Salt
