If you want to learn cookery and lack the confidence, then this course is for you. Our term time courses are designed to teach you cooking techniques and kitchen organisation, they are delivered by a professional chef.
Tuition and recipes are included, we stock basic items but you will need to bring your own main ingredients.
Term 1. Sept 8th—Nov 24th. Absolute beginners. For those who have never been in a kitchen or those who lack complete confidence. This course will take you through the basic principles of cooking including basic knife skills, kitchen organisation and an introduction to cooking techniques like bread making and baking.
The course takes place on Monday evenings at 7pm and each class lasts 2.5 hours.
Half-term is on 27th October
