In collaboration with nutritional therapist, cook and food blogger Margot Carone of Margot’s Kitchen, we are presenting our first healthier cooking/baking workshop.
Food today is often more about nutrients and less about the pleasure of eating. Using healthier tricks, at the workshop you will learn to bake and cook foods that will become part of your balanced diet. With her nutritional therapist background, Margot brings in her knowledge on healthy eating, and her enthusiasm for good food.
Based on star ingredients from Oliveology and early apring vegetables and fruit, Margot has put together a menu which combines classic baking goods with new ideas, all inspired by Oliveology’s philosophy and passion for unique, limited number products, harvested with traditional methods.
The workshop includes learning basic cooking skills, tasting ingredients and participating in every step, from prepping ingredients to cooking and plating. So, join us for a celebration of healthier seasonal cooking and warm Greek hospitality – for it wouldn’t be a Greek feast without lots of food and drinks on offer, would it?
