hosted by Oliveology
Celebrating the season’s best ingredients, from juicy citrus and crispy apples, to vibrant beets and deep greens, cooked with lots of herbs, spices and the best quality extra virgin olive oil.
The menu is a fine representation of simple yet elevated Greek food and draws inspiration from seasonal vegetables and fruit, while also featuring dairy, pulses and nuts, which are staples in Greek cooking. Some are inspired by traditional dishes and others celebrate the best produce of English autumn. The foundation is extra virgin olive oil and herbs, which are the backbone of Greek cooking and help elevate even the simplest dishes, while also contributing to a healthy, wholesome diet.
All dishes are served family style (in big platters placed in the middle of the table) and can be enjoyed alongside delicious Greek red and white wines.
During the dinner you will get a chance to meet and talk to Amaryllis who will share with you her philosophy and passion for cooking. She will talk about each dish, how it was inspired, the ingredients, health benefits and its nutritional value.
