David Bailey has been a chef for over 15 years, working at many leading restaurants including Vong, XO, Eight over Eight and E&O.; In 2006 he made the radical decision for a chef to become vegetarian and has never looked back, both in terms of health and personal fulfilment. He has since worked in nearly all the top vegetarian restaurants in London, notably alongside Chad Sarno as Head Chef of SAF, the UK's leading vegan and raw food restaurant.
Chef David now conducts an array of raw food and vegan classes at Saf's Shoreditch and Whole Foods Market / High Street Kensington premises. He also periodically conducts classes at his Camden home kitchen.
