Having been unable to get tickets for The Camberwell Kitchen due to the last one selling out in six seconds, I was delighted to be able to get hold of one from someone who was no longer able to make it. Their loss was my gain as the food, atmosphere and company were fantastic. It's so hard to choose what my favourite dish was but I think the most inspired thing was the cauliflower `couscous' a brilliant alternative to any carbohydrate(y) side, I also adored the chocolate cake with rosemary and olive oil ice-cream which was the most amazing juxtaposition of flavours. Rosie and Ant are such warm and welcoming hosts and the evening and food were utterly memorable.
If only it were socially acceptable, I would still be in Ant and Rosie's lovely flat now, having not left, sitting at their table and stuffing my face with their heavenly cooking.
The food was so tasty, the atmosphere so lovely, and the company so welcoming. I actually guzzle gluten every day, but would now happily never eat it again…if only every meal was cooked by the Camberwell Kitchen. In fact, for me, the gluten-free aspect of the night was the least important bit. The buzz around the table wasn’t down to this, but by the amazing menu; the excellent cooking, the warm atmosphere, and by each dish – first when placed in front of us, and then when the first mouthful is taken in. So, so good.
Rosie & Ant are star hosts - absolutely welcoming and they went out of their way to make sure everyone was comfortable. I think that really helped the guests relax and mingle/chat freely with others.
Food was delicious and very creative. Everyone was raving about the pistachio ice cream. All courses were done superbly and I particularly liked the cauliflower and hazelnut quinoa!

Amazing Food - Utterly delicious!
I attended the Camberwell Kitchen in November and I have to say from start to finish, it was a truly amazing night.
We were made to feel so welcome by the hosts, Anthony and Rosie, and there was a real “homely” feel to the location which put you at ease straight away. When it comes to the food, each course was absolutely fantastic – Some of the tastiest food I have ever eaten. Not being a Coeliac myself, I couldn’t tell the difference between this and food which contains gluten – It was all so tasty and so moorish which I think speaks volumes for the skill and effort put into each course by the hosts. A personal favourite of mind was the Chestnut and Ricotta ravioli, very closely followed by the slow roast pork which just melted in your mouth.
Last Saturday at the Camberwell Kitchen was simply an evening of superlatives. The welcome (especially as I was rather late) was lovely and the hosts were delightful throughout. Then came the food, which was absolutely exquisite. Each course presented immaculately and tasted even better. As someone who eats gluten in their day-to-day life without issue, I was interested to see how the pasta in the chestnut and ricotta ravioli (a personal fave from the evening) would compare to the traditional type. Needless to say it was delicious and i couldn't tell the difference. By the end of the meal i had absolutely stuffed myself and was amazed how in the few hours after I wasn't tired or uncomfortable from the sheer quantity of food; it's definitely given me some great new options for both healthy AND filling dishes. Absolutely amazing - delicious from start to finish
Gluten Free Rosie and Ant hosted the most fantastic supper club in October - it was the second one I have been to of theirs and I am already planning my next visit! Their culinary skills are just sensational - the menu was so delicious, creative and a real triumph. I am in awe of what they can achieve and the rest of London should beg borrow and steal a ticket for their suppers. I am not Gluten Free either - you don't have to be in order to enjoy their evening. Don't miss out.
I went to Camberwell Kitchen this weekend, with high expectations, and I was not disappointed. The food was incredible, and the menu really well though out. My favourite was the gluten free ravioli starter. Seriously impressed, would recommend to all.
Amazing evening, fantastic food!
We attended The Camberwell Kitchen supper club on the weekend and thoroughly enjoyed it. We were greeted warmly by our hosts and made to feel at home immediately. We were sat on a beautifully made up table with great people in a cosy environment. The food was incredible with each course outdoing the last. We would most definitely recommend the evening and do it all over again!
So delicious - so many lovely people - a particular mention for the tuna sashimi first starter. Will definitely join the queue for the next one x
A Wonderful Evening
What a fantastic evening hosted by Rosie and Ant at my new favourite supper club The Camberwell Kitchen! From the tuna sashimi amuse bouche onwards I knew that I was on to a winner and the rest of the menu did not disappoint. A fantastic evening with excellent company and phenomenal food.
