hosted by The Backdoor Kitchen
There is one thing that Italians do best, well, second best, and that is organising amazing feasts around hearty, rustic, flavoursome food.
Whatever our background is as Italians, we must know our culinary roots which are made of tradition, bold flavours and huge appetites.
This is why from this May we start serving to our supperclub table menus inspired to the flavours of our beloved peninsula keeping in mind that when you eat Italian, (portion) size does matter!
So expect a couple of starters followed by riotous pasta bowls, whole lamb shanks and so on, all dressed with the Backdoor Kitchen's usual unsual style.
We start with Rob's hometown: Rome. Come hungry.
