"Jackson splashed the starter!"- A full fathom five attempt to eat Mackerel. Smoked mackerel served with Roast sweet Potato puree, marinated beetroot, creamed horseradish and ginger flavoured squid ink sauce.

"Mondrian eats only square Ravioli" - A friendly neo-plastic plateful of pasta. Homemade Aubergine Caviar Ravioli served with red pepper, aubergine and yellow courgette on a bed of Burrata cheese veloute'.

"Kandinsky likes to play with food" - An abstract alternative to make dinner. Pan seared Salmon fillet served with charred white, purple and green asparagus, poached egg, radishes, sauteed Jersey Royal potatoes and a Dijon mustard mayonnaise.

"Monet dreams of lambs under his lillies" - An meaty impression of lilies. Salsa Verde painted dish completed with Lamb medallions, samphire, broadbean, clams and drizzles of Oleroso cherry sauce.
