I'm from China, and in the past we have known a lot of hunger, even up to when I was a child. Now things are much better there and so I would like to give a helping hand to the poor hungry people in this world.
I'm really proud to host this event, and if you would like authentic, delicious Chinese food I hope you will join us!

Starter
Hot and sour soup
(shitakki mushroom,black wood ear,egg,bamboo,pork,chicken stock)

Asparagus salad with spicy pickle tofu dressing (V.)
( spicy pickle tofu,bell pepper,asparagus,rocket)
Side dish
Slow cooked beef shin with five spice
or
Deep fried aubergine with garlic bread crumbs (V.)
Main course
Yu-Shiang aubergine en casserole
(aubergine, salted fish,ground pork, black bean sauce, Sichuang pepper)
or
Baked Chinese leaf (V.)
(Chinese leaf, mushroom, vegetable stock, milk, butter,onion)
All main course serve with rice
Dessert
Glutinous Rice Dumplings in Fermented Rice Wine and egg
(Classic Chinese dessert soup)
Also offer jasmine tea or English tea
