What an honour it is to be able to share some of my favourite Burmese dishes (as taught to me by my late mother) at the incredible Darjeeling Express in Soho!

Roasted chili with dried shrimp floss, fried onions, garlic and turmeric served with Coconut Rice
The most famous dish of Burma – a fish stew with rice noodles served with all the trimmings: yellow split pea crackers (beh kyaw), hardboiled eggs, coriander, chili flakes and a wedge of lime
