Chloé and I bring stories to life through unique, provocative and immersive edible experiences. This was a project that has developed out of Chloé's time at Central St. Matrtins School of Design and my long-term passion for food. The guests at our diners play an integral role in the story and the telling, as they discover throughout the course of the evening that they are the protagonist of their own experience. Our food is often quite simple, but we have a team of food scientists on board who help us to curate food that is memorable because is evokes strong emotions and memories.
