We are very excited and grateful to the lovely Asma Khan of Darjeeling Express for giving us the opportunity to run a Sunday Supperclub in the heart of Soho featuring our signature Malaysian CHILLI CRAB!:) We have been a big fan of Asma for some time now and just love what she and her team at Darjeeling Express are doing with their Indian soul food and the foodie rejuvenation that has taken place in Kingly Court and we are excited to be adding our Chilli Crab supperclub into the Sunday mix! Our special family recipe takes the freshest of crabs, infused in a birds eye chilli, lemongrass, lime leaf and tamarind sauce married together in an intense hit of spicy, salty, sweet, sour and umami flavours, ensuring it will be so finger licking good you won't even need wet wipes. Some can't quite decide what they like better - the crab or the sauce!Perfect for mopping up with the soft, pillowy mantou buns that accompany this dish.
