NC Supper Clubs is delighted to announce an exclusive Sunday Lunch event with Masterchef UK's 2016 Finalist chef Bobby Geetha and author of two cook books on Indian Fine Dining including "Beyond Curry".
Chef Bobby Geetha now heads one of Asia's top 50 restaurants as Corporate Executive Chef in Dubai and was recently awarded "Gold" as "Executive Chef of the Year" for the Middle-East Chef Excellence Awards Winners 2018.
Chef Bobby is flying into London from Dubai to delight you with a special 5 course menu consisting of his authentic Kerala inspired dishes prepared using techniques that he learnt and nurtured through his travels in three sub continents Asia, Europe the Middle East. He will be using only the best local and seasonal ingrediants available.
5 Course Menu:
Langoustine Achar | tempered water cress puree
Crab Masala Vada | sweet pepper Rasam | oyster mushroom
Confit and Masala Fried Chicken Wings | button onions | sweetcorn turmeric purée
Red Mullet Moiilee | pink hoppers | heirloom carrot thoran
Ilaneer Payasam | baked Kerala banana and custard apple fritter
Guests will be served with a complimentary glass of Prosecco or any non-alcoholic drink of their choice.
All alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available to purchase on the day along with fanastic cocktail drinks paired with chef Bobby's menu.
