Sharing food with others is all I dream of, and by hosting supper clubs and cookery classes, I live my dream day after day! I am an African food writer on a mission to feed all the wonders of African culture and food with contemporary African recipes as seen in my Guardian Ng food column and recipes I contribute to the BBC.
My supper clubs and pop ups have been featured on the BBC, Time Out London, The Evening Standard... I am deeply influenced by both my African heritage and British family life in Sussex. After hosting cooking shows aired across Africa, I enjoy exploring and sharing the multiplicity and diversity of African food, while using seasonal British produce at cookery classes, events, and talks across the country.
