If you’ve always wanted to learn how to make your own pastry, lemon curd, caramel, chocolate ganache or macarons, then this class is for you! (There is no need to have attended Patisserie Masterclass Part 1 - they are simply different menus involving different patisserie techniques.)
For this class Anna is collaborating with guest chef Rachel Davies. We will demonstrate a series of key patisserie skills and you will make:
Tarte Tatin with your own rough puff pastry
Tarte au citron with your own lemon curd and easy shortcrust pastry
Salted caramel macarons
Spiced chocolate truffles
After this hands-on class, you’ll leave with the confidence to tackle patisserie at home.
This class includes a light supper with wine, and patisserie and recipes to take home.
Rachel Davies trained in Cuisine and Patisserie at Le Cordon Bleu and worked at Galvin Bistro de Luxe in Baker Street and Lanka Patisserie in Primrose Hill.
