You will be delighting a 4-course dinner in our home. A beer or mezcal/tequila welcome cocktail and soft drinks will be included, you are welcome to BYOB.
Please book at least 4 days in advanced.
– Entrée –
Stuffed with feta cheese and refried beans. Served with sour cream and morita sauce.
– Soup –
Creamy, with a coriander touch.
– Main –
Slow cocked pork marinated in annatto seeds, chillies and orange juice. Served with tortillas, bread, red onion escabeche, refried beans and habanero sauce.
– Dessert –
Layered frozen cake of vanilla biscuits and creamy lime ice cream.
All the menu can be adapted for gluten free, lactose intolerants, pescetarians, vegetarians and vegans, but we need to know in advance. Please let us know about any food allergies that you have, or religious codes that may impact what kind of food you eat.
