Enjoy a morning discovering the joys of Italian cooking. On arrival you will be welcomed with a Cookery School Italian breakfast before getting stuck in to kneading your dough and learning how to use a pasta machine and make and shape fresh pasta and gnocchi. On the menu, is spinach ravioli - hand finished and served with a rich tomato sauce and tagliatelle with homemade pesto – a versatile and quick pasta sauce. Try out the technique for gnocchi making; start with potato gnocchi with sage butter, made using a potato ricer, eggs and flour, then make ricotta gnocchi with a mushroom sauce. At the end of the class sit down together to enjoy everything that you’ve made with regional wines and a recap of all the recipes.
