Enjoy a day cooking and eating wonderful Spanish food. Kick start the session with a Cookery School breakfast and get ready to cook your way through the next three hours. Lunch is a selection of tapas; start by learning the art of making traditional tortilla and patatas bravas, fried padrone peppers, and garlic prawns, then master a basic bread recipe and make homemade rustic rolls. For the main prepare and cook chicken and prawn paella and chorizo and butter bean stew. The meal will end with a typical torta di Santiago – a fantastic Spanish cake made with lemon and ground almonds. Feast on everything you’ve made and recap all of the recipes. You’ll enjoy Spanish wines with your meal as well as coffee and teas.
