Typical class may include:

  • Steamed or fried Vietnamese spring rolls
  • Lotus root salad with shrimp or pork
  • King prawns cooked in lemongrass and fresh coconut juice
  • Vietnamese rice pancake with pork or shrimp
  • Traditional clay pot with pork, fish or egg plant
