Nkatsenkwan – The ZGK signature dish of Peanut Butter Stew – derived from West African Groundnut Stew – we’ll cook this with slow cooked lamb on the bone but also make a vegetarian version with squash and garden egg (if any vegetarians sign up)
Fufu – Putting some elbow grease into turning pounded plantain into Fufu balls to scoop up that stew! (V)
