As part of Nose to Tail fortnight we're Ghana celebrate the underrated and tastiest cuts that get left on the butcher's block - We go Belly Up with Slow Roasted Pork Belly and Plantain stew, Cornbeef Balls, Lamb Neck & Shoulder in Shallot Sauce and a cheeky chilli chicken liver on lightly toasted sweet dough bread with sweet chilli jam starter... It's Ghana Be a cut above - 5 plates followed by a shot of Vitality (ESPECIALLY FOR MEN!) and BYOB!

Vegetarian and Pescatrian options available too of course - see below:

Cauliflower, Spinach and Agushi
Mini mashed yam balls and scotch bonnet salsa,
Waakye (rice and beans cooked in Millet leaves with boiled egg and kpakpo salsa)
Plantain Salad Imoyo
Kentumere (spicy sardine tomato and spring greens stew)
Spinach & Tilapia dip

Sides for all: Kenkey // Spiced Spinach & Carrot Rice // Kelewele // Vegetarian peanut butter butter stew // Shito Hot Sauce

Dessert for all: Tropical Fruits in an Orange & Peppercorn Syrup
