Not all London pop ups are created equal. If your looking for a chance to know master chefs in a uniquely interactive pop-up dinner with creative, high class cuisine, the Etch Food Residency at The Proud Archivist is the place to be.

 

An intimate dinner with chefs Steven Edwards & Josh Stanzl. Steven Edwards was crowned 'MasterChef: The Professionals Champion" in 2013, when Michel Roux Jnr. described his food as 'fault free'.

5 course tasting menu, starting with a glass of Prosecco for just £45. This is an interactive dining experience with rising stars of the London food scene. You'll have the option of adding wine pairings selected by well-known author and Guardian wine critic Malcolm Gluck.

pig - kohlrabi

pork belly & shoulder, kohlrabi textures, horseradish

apple - celery

celery panacotta, apple jelly, puffed rice, marshmallow

fig - caramel

caramel cheesecake, fig jam, thyme
