#Pickledpopup is back!

Alex, from The Pickled Fork is back and will now be hosting monthly Pop Ups on a Wednesday night at Bean & Hop. The menus will change monthly and will always be £35 for 4 courses. Reservations only!

 

We will also be giving away two free tickets each month. All you have to do is follow us on your chosen social media site using #Pickledpopup and tell us how much you want to come and eat!

October 14th

1st

Savoury eclair filled with smoked grey mullet & sweetcorn mousse, pickled onions, compressed cucumber & carrot ketchup

 

2nd

Pressed heirloom beetroot & bramley apple terrine, fresh cheese curds, burnt brioche, tarragon, chai seed & spelt tabbouleh

 

3rd

'Coffee' crusted pork belly, green tomato & chilli salsa, pickled chicory purée, pumpkin & pear bubble & squeak

 

4th

Scorched plum & port whole milk ice cream, raspberry jam Garibaldi biscuits, smoked sea salt & dark chocolate fondant
