Founder Patricia Michelson sources superb products and then matures them on site so that they are ready to eat on purchase. This tasting pairs La Fromagerie cheeses from Alsace, Burgundy and Jura with wines from these regions for a marriage made in heaven. There is nothing quite like Ami du Chambertin with red Burgundy, Gewurztraminer with Munster and cumin seeds, or Tomme de Savoie with a fine Brouilly or Fleurie. All in all, a sensual gourmet evening!
