Join Rachel's Kitchen for our Asian-inspired vegetarian class, popular with both vegetarians and meat-eaters.
Le Cordon Bleu trained Rachel will introduce you to fun, new ingredients and teach you how to make mouthwatering recipes to tantalise the taste buds. Dishes include mini pancakes with pomegranate and aubergine caviar; Vietnamese fresh spring rolls; glass noodle, edamame and peanut salad; miso aubergine; Chinese five spice tofu with soy dipping sauce; and mango and chilli creme brulee.
Our classes are informative but our focus is on making sure everyone has fun along the way. You'll learn new tricks and techniques in a friendly and informal atmosphere with a great group of people.
After the class you'll sit down to enjoy the delicious dishes created, leaving with new culinary techniques, flavour-packed recipes and full bellies. All wine is included.
