Join Lion City Kitchen for a delectable autumn feast in October at the wonderful Space at 61 in Nunhead. Have a laid back evening, with great conversation and music, and we'll provide the ambience, swinging Southeast Asian tunes and of course, four courses of delicious Singaporean flavours! If you're missing the flavours of authentic Singaporean home cooking or looking for a unique supperclub experience, we promise a good time!
Doors at 6.45pm, food served from 7pm onwards.
Our venison rendang is lovingly slow cooked for hours, using only the highest quality free-range meat from East Dulwich's best family butchers, William Rose. This menu is special to us as each dish is specially selected to represent our favourite Singaporean hawker centre and home cooked dishes - some of which may be totally new experiences to you!
Space at 61 on Cheltenham Road was a butchers shop, for over 30 years owned by the same family. Two of the butchers bars remain, now used for decoration. It then transformed into a cafe, and is now a multi-functional events and arts space hosting supperclubs, art exhibitions, theatrical performances and live music.
Vibe will be casual, laid back and friendly!
